Delivery charges
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £250 to most UK mainland addresses. For orders under £250, there is a flat rate fee of £9.95 to cover postage & packaging.
For larger or particularly heavy items we may have to assess the charge for delivery based on their size and weight. Some oversized items may incur an extra delivery charge. UK mainland addresses exclude, but are not limited to, postcodes: BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW, G and any offshore postcodes for BFPO or Isle of Man. These may incur a surcharge. International delivery
We have favourable delivery rates to Europe and further afield.
We reserve the right to assess each order placed for Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands, based on the item and its weight. Please contact us for delivery quotes to any non-mainland UK address.
Delivery times
- Times vary depending on stock levels. We will always give you an estimated delivery period at the time of purchase
- Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday during normal working hours, 8am - 6pm. Saturday deliveries can be arranged and incur a small surcharge. As a guideline, the average delivery times are as follows:
- Delivery only: 3-5 days
- Delivery with installation: 10-14 days
- Bespoke orders: up to 6 weeks
- Given the size and weight of our products, a signature is required on delivery. If there is unlikely to be anyone present to take delivery, please include relevant instructions at the point of order, i.e. if items can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour
- CYC does not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen if they are left elsewhere at your request. Please notify us of any delivery obstructions when ordering, and ensure that the delivery area is clear. Pallet deliveries are usually curb-side drop only, but special arrangements can be made upon request
Professional installation
We can professionally install and provide education for your equipment. An extra charge may apply on certain products for delivery to non-UK mainland addresses. All installers have been comprehensively trained by the equipment manufacturers to enable them to competently assemble every type of gym machine.
If your order is delivery only, this should be considered a front door delivery. This means, it will be your responsibility to move the machine to your chosen location within your home. If you have any questions relating to your order, please contact us.
Things to remember (Parcel Deliveries)
- Small items will be shipped via parcel couriers on an overnight service.
- Please supply a mobile number and email address for parcel tracking updates.
- A signature will be required for all parcel deliveries except for small items that will fit through a standard letterbox.
- Parcels can be requested to be left in a safe location at the customer’s request.
Things to remember (Pallet Deliveries)
- Our Logistics Department will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable date. Please provide a mobile phone number and or email address and the courier company will text or email you with delivery ETA on the day.
- Please note, in most cases, our Standard delivery will arrive within 3 to 5 working days, so please check the link within your dispatch email to track your delivery.
- Please assure someone is available at the delivery address to take collection of your order. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee.
- Items should be checked upon delivery prior to signing for any damage or missing items. Our courier drivers will allow sufficient time for you to do this.
- If this inspection results in any problems or faults, please contact our customer services team within 48 hours of delivery who will be happy to help resolve any problems. Please do not fit any damaged goods, as we will be unable to replace or refund damaged items which have been installed. If you find your goods are damaged, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help.
- Please ensure you inform CYC Fitness of any known restrictions that may prevent delivery - e.g. un-adopted roads, rural location, low bridges or width restrictions. CYC Fitness will not be held responsible for any delays caused by known restrictions.
- Unfortunately, due to insurance purposes our couriers are not able carry items into your property. Delivery drivers are only able to deliver pallets to as close as possible to the exterior of the property's front door.
- The delivery process ends once your goods have been signed for. Therefore, we recommend you make provisions to receive the products as they will need to be moved to a safe location and if you have any problems, please feel free to contact our team.
- Please note that for standard one-man pallet deliveries, drivers are unable to dispose of packaging materials, including pallets. These are to be disposed of by the customer in an appropriate way.
- Please Note, any orders that are cancelled post shipping will be credited in full minus the original shipping fees. This cost will be deducted from the credit prior to processing.
