aerobis was born in Cologne in 2009 with the development of the aeroSling. Founder, Elmar Schumacher, originally designed the sling trainer for his own training. He went on to develop and market training products for functional training, for state-of-the-art training of strength, endurance, and coordination. With aerobis training equipment, optimal results can be achieved in minimal time. Workouts can be made more efficient with the focus on movement and muscle chains, instead of isolated muscles. One of the advantages of the aerobis Fitness Sandbag is that you can adjust the weight of the bag to your liking and have three options. One option is to fill it with water, steel shots while the other is to fill it with sand. This bag can also be used as a storage solution when the aerobis Fitness Sandbag isn't full. The aerobis Fitness Sandbag is similar to the aerobis Fitness Kettlebell - adjustable 1-25kg in terms of adjusting the weight to your liking.
