The Inspire Fitness FID (Flat, Incline, Decline) adjustable weight and dumbbell bench is a commercial duty bench that can be used at multiple angles for correct body positioning on each exercise. The comfort back pad for has 6 positions for decline, flat and incline exercises. Heavy duty contoured naugahyde pads provide excellent support, and wheels mounted to the base allow you to roll the bench into position. Include the optional Preacher Curl and Leg Developer attachments for the total package. The Inspire Fitness FID Bench is the perfect add-on for the FT1 Functional Trainer.
