Inspire multi-gym Dual Station Ab/Back
The Inspire by HAMMER multi-gym Dual Station Ab/Back offers the perfect training device to consciously and preventively counteract back pain. Being able to train your back and stomach gives you the perfect conditions for a healthy posture and an athletic figure. In addition to the back muscles, the abdominal muscles have an important supporting function and are therefore, just as important.
Two exercises in one device
For your back training, you simply lean in front of the 5-way adjustable pelvic support, grab the handle and pull yourself up with a straight back. Your entire back is used in this exercise.
With the rope attached to the backrest, which can be adjusted in 7 different positions, you can train your stomach perfectly. Grab the rope and bend your torso forward. The back padding gives you a stable stand so that you can carry out the exercise in a controlled manner.
Tablet holder for multimedia entertainment
At the front of the device you will find a holder for your smartphone or tablet. Watch your favourite movies or download the Inspire app. Here you will find videos that show you correct movement execution.
Two weight stacks with an additional weight of 50kg
