Based in Nordhorn, Germany, NOHRD designs and handcrafts high-end sports equipment, including cable machines, exercise benches, wall bars and free weights. All NOHRD products are manufactured with wood from renewable forests in Germany. Exercise machines are available in ash, oak, cherry and walnut wood, or in the darker stain Club. Upholstery is available in either artificial or genuine leather.
The WaterGrinder offers a cardio workout using just your upper body. Compact in design, the WaterGrinder uses water for resistance which minimises impact on joints and the back. Ideal for rehabilitation, the Water Grinder’s removable seat means that the machine can be used sitting down, standing up, or in a wheelchair. The extendable arms on the grinder, allow for increased or reduced leverage during your workout.
