The NordicTrack Commercial S22i Studio indoor cycle uses a 13kg (29lbs) flywheel and offers 24 levels of electronically controlled magnetic resistance for adjusting workout intensity. There is a -10° to +20° decline/incline range to simulate the actual landscape, and the bike features Quick Stop Braking system ensuring added safety during cycling sessions. Monitor your progress on a 22" full colour rotating touchscreen display and discover on-demand studio classes and global trainer-led workouts with iFit. To let you target upper body muscles, the S22i includes a pair of 1.4kg (3lbs) dumbbells. Plus, it allows for measuring heart rate with a Bluetooth® Smart wireless receiver and an optional chest strap.
