The Impulse Seated Row machine is designed to allow users to build width and depth across their back muscles. An ergonomic design makes it easy to target the middle and difficult to reach lower back muscles such as the lats. The adjustable pad makes this seated row machine a versatile piece of equipment in any gym and with 17 different setup positions it lets a wide variety of users effectively target their back muscles.
The central circular tube handles provide maximum grip during workouts and provide stability when users want to complete isolation movements. In addition, the plate loaded system makes it easy to add and remove weights to their exact weight specification.
