Product features

The Skelcore Leverage Shoulder Press features a rotating axis, which allows for a smooth, natural motion during the pressing movement. This design ensures that the path of the press remains biomechanically correct, minimizing unnecessary stress on the shoulder joints and allowing users to perform the exercise with optimal form. The rotating axis adapts to the user’s movement, providing a consistent and fluid motion that feels more like a free-weight press, but with the added stability and safety of machine guidance.

An adjustable seat further enhances the machine's versatility, allowing users to modify the starting position based on their body type and preferences. Whether you’re shorter or taller, the adjustable seat ensures that you can align your body correctly, maintaining proper posture and maximizing the effectiveness of the exercise. This customization contributes to better shoulder engagement and allows for a more comfortable and safe workout.

The fixed arms of the machine provide additional stability and control during the movement, ensuring that the user’s arms are properly positioned throughout the exercise. This allows for a focused, efficient pressing motion, helping to isolate the deltoid muscles without the distractions or compensations that might occur with free weights.

The primary muscle group targeted by the Skelcore Leverage Shoulder Press is the deltoid, the shoulder muscle responsible for lifting the arms overhead (shoulder abduction). The deltoid plays a key role in the pressing motion, whether you're performing a shoulder press or any overhead movement. By targeting the deltoid, the machine effectively helps to build strength, size, and definition in the shoulder area, promoting a well-rounded upper body.

Additionally, the triceps brachii assist during the pressing motion by extending the elbow joint as you push the weight overhead. The triceps work in synergy with the deltoids to fully extend the arms, completing the pressing movement. Although the triceps are not the primary focus of this exercise, they are significantly activated, helping to build strength in the upper arms alongside the shoulders.
