The new 2025 Skelcore Power Smith Machine allows you to focus your training on the upper chest (clavicular bundles of the grand pectoralis), deltoids and triceps. Offering a constant load resistance, the machine allows continuous hypertrophic stimulation throughout the R.O.M. The opportunity of placing the bench press on a 20 degree decline to flat and 80 degree incline allows you to calibrate with precision the effort on the muscle areas targeted according to your needs, going from distensions on inclined (bench press) up to the distensions over the head (shoulder press).
