The heavy-duty plate loaded frame is designed for use in all commercial fitness environments including PT studios, gyms, and performance centres. The cushions are made of commercially available foam and covered with tear-resistant material. The seat is individually adjustable.
The primary muscles worked during the exercise include the following: Latissimus Dorsi (Lats) – The lats are the largest muscles in the back and are responsible for pulling movements. During the Pullover exercise, the lats are activated as you pull the weight towards your chest.
