How to Use the Skelcore Pro Plus Series Shoulder Press:
- Adjust the Seat Height: Begin by adjusting the seat so that your hands are in line with your shoulders when gripping the handles.
- Select Your Weight: Use the pin-loaded stack to choose your desired weight. Start with a light weight and gradually increase as you build strength.
- Grip the Handles: Sit with your back against the seat and grip the handles, keeping your feet flat on the floor.
- Press Upward: Push the handles upward until your arms are fully extended above your head, but do not lock your elbows.
- Controlled Return: Slowly lower the handles back down to shoulder level, keeping the motion controlled to engage the muscles effectively.
- Repetitions: Perform 8-12 repetitions for 3-4 sets, depending on your fitness level and training program.
