The Spirit Fitness Back Extension has a self-adjusting roller pad to achieve the ideal position across the upper back throughout exercise. It also has an adjustable range of motion to fit users’ capabilities and preferences and the foot bar allows for lower body stabilisation during use. Built-in storage at the top of the weight stack tower for phone and water bottle storage.
