The Spirit Fitness Low Row is a traditional row exercise machine challenging stabilisation ability and all muscle groups of the back. The declined angle of the pad helps with stabilisation during heavy lifts whilst the low position of the pulling handle helps keep the users elbows down along the sides of the body. Built-in storage at the top of the weight stack tower for phone and water bottle storage.
