The Spirit Fitness Lat Pulldown machine has adjustable chain links for positioning of the bar height. The angled thigh pads make it easy for users to grip the bar while standing before securing their thighs in a seated position. The machine comes equipped with storage hooks for the horizontal bar when not is use. Built-in storage at the top of the weight stack tower for phone and water bottle storage.
