The Swiss Elite Adjustable Flat-Incline Bench is a superb addition any gym facility. This bench has 6 back rest positions including flat and incline. This bench also has 5 adjustable seat positions. The Swiss Adjustable Bench is heavy weight that can support over 400kg so is great to use with dumbbells and even in a power rack for bench pressing. Built in handle and castors make relocation of the bench easier and the thick padded cushions add to comfort when in use.
