Olympic sized urethane coated steel plates are guaranteed to fit on all Abs Company plate-loaded products. Extend the resistance and variety of your workouts with these slimline, compact plates that are convenient and easy to load.
Sold in sets of four 5lb (2.3kg) and four 10lb (4.5kg) weights, they are ideal for use with The Abs Company AbCoasters CS1500, CS3000, CTL, BootyCoaster™, TireFlip180, TireFlip180 XL and Vertical Crunch. Increase the range of the TireFlip180®, for example, from 100lbs to 160lbs with the purchase of a 4 pack of 5lb weights and 4 pack of 10lb weights.
