The key feature of the Target Abs™ is the innovative color-coded target system. As you crunch forward, you’ll reach towards the top of the bench and touch the colored targets to complete each rep. Once you make contact with the target, your rep is counted, making it easier to track your progress and maintain proper form. This system provides a dynamic way to engage the entire core, from the upper abs to the lower abs, and even the obliques.

Two additional complementary targets are positioned on either side of the main target, allowing for targeted oblique training. By reaching to either side, you can focus on activating and strengthening your obliques, improving both rotational strength and overall core stability.
